At KartPro, we work with trusted courier and logistics partners across the Gulf to deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible. Please read the information below before placing your order.
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to:
- United Arab Emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain
- Saudi Arabia — Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Al Khobar, Mecca, Medina, and other serviceable cities
- Other GCC countries — Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman (where shown at checkout)
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. During sale periods, Ramadan, Eid, and public holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation when your order is placed, and a dispatch notification with tracking details once it ships.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in the destination country.
Order Tracking
Every order is trackable. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email (and SMS/WhatsApp where available) that lets you follow your parcel until it reaches your door.
Payment on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available in the UAE and Saudi Arabia on eligible orders. Please keep the exact amount ready and ensure your phone is reachable — our courier partners will contact you to confirm delivery. Card-on-delivery may also be offered by the courier in some areas.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. From time to time we may offer free-shipping promotions — any such offer will be clearly shown on the website.
Customs, Duties & VAT
- Prices at checkout include or clearly display VAT where applicable (5% in the UAE, 15% in Saudi Arabia).
- For cross-border shipments, customs clearance is handled as part of our shipping process. If any customs duty or import fee is applicable in the destination country and not already included at checkout, it may be payable by the customer upon delivery in accordance with local regulations.
Delays
While we do our best to meet the estimates above, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:
- Product availability
- Customs clearance
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Ramadan, Eid, and public holiday periods
- Events beyond our reasonable control
If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we will chase it with our logistics partners.
Incorrect Address or Unreachable Phone
Please double-check your delivery address and phone number at checkout — couriers in the GCC typically call before delivering. KartPro is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details or unreachable phone numbers. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
