These Terms apply to customers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), and other GCC countries (Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman) where our products and services are available.

4. Pricing, Currency & Payment

Prices on our website are displayed in the applicable currency for your region — AED for the UAE, SAR for Saudi Arabia, or as otherwise shown at checkout — and may change without prior notice.

Where applicable, prices at checkout include or clearly display Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with the regulations of your country.

We reserve the right to:

Update product prices.
Correct pricing errors.
Cancel orders affected by pricing inaccuracies.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed. Where Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered, payment is due in full to the courier at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being unavailable for future purchases.

For your security, KartPro does not store your complete credit card, debit card, or banking information. Payments are processed securely by trusted third-party payment providers.

5. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. KartPro reserves the right to:

Accept or decline any order.
Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorised activity.
Limit quantities purchased.
Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock availability, or operational issues.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, an eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver across the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and all Emirates), Saudi Arabia (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and other cities), and selected GCC locations. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and a reachable phone number. KartPro is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details provided by customers.

7. Returns & Refunds

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Refund eligibility depends on factors including:

Product condition (unused, in original packaging).
Return request timeframe (within 7 days of delivery unless stated otherwise on the product page).
Product category (certain items, such as personal-use and hygiene-related products, may not be returnable).
Applicable consumer protection laws in your country.

To request a return or refund, contact us with your order number and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. For COD orders, refunds are issued by bank transfer.

Nothing in this section limits statutory rights available to you under applicable consumer protection laws, including UAE federal consumer protection law and the consumer protection regulations of Saudi Arabia and other GCC states.

All content on this website — including logos, images, graphics, product descriptions, website design, icons, text, and branding — is owned by or licensed to KartPro and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.
